Robert C. Ballou
Chief Executive Officer
Robert C. Ballou is the Chief Executive Officer for ONSITE3 and a member of the corporate Board of Directors. Mr. Ballou joined ONSITE3 from software leader Intuit where he led that company's Real Estate Solutions business. During his three years at Intuit, Ballou and his team successfully transitioned an enterprise software and consulting solutions business into a global market leader while also delivering substantial growth in revenue, earnings and shareholder value. Prior to Intuit, Ballou served for over 20 years with General Electric where he led numerous acquisitions and new business development initiatives for a variety of industrial equipment and financial businesses, both in the United States and internationally. Ballou holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Villanova University.
Bill Truchan
Chief Operating Officer
Bill Truchan is the Chief Operating Officer of ONSITE3 and is responsible for all corporate operations and administrative functions of the company. Prior to ONSITE3, Truchan spent 14 years in the document management industry, primarily with IKON Office Solutions as their CFO (Mid Atlantic Region). Truchan also spent six years in the M&A department for IKON and was involved in over 225 acquisitions in the document management arena. Truchan is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Temple University.
Mike Empey
Chief Financial Officer
Mike Empey is the Chief Financial Officer for ONSITE3 and is responsible for the company's finance and accounting activities. Mr. Empey previously served as the company’s Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining ONSITE3, Empey spent seven years in public accounting, including the last five of those years in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young. During this time, Empey was involved in over 85 transactions representing both strategic and financial buyers across numerous industries. Empey is a CPA and holds a B.B.A in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Debra Rozier
Chief Innovation Officer
Debra Rozier is the Chief Innovation Officer for ONSITE3. In this role, Ms. Rozier leads the company's efforts to create increased client value through building and delivery of systematic, process-oriented, technology-enabled offerings for electronic evidence management. She brings together innovative ideas from across the business, as well as from technology partners and clients, in order to ensure a continued high level of competitive advantage and overall return on investment for ONSITE3's clients. Ms. Rozier's responsibilities include cross-organizational product planning, design and life cycle management of the company's entire range of comprehensive solutions. Previously, Ms. Rozier was Vice President of ASP Services and was responsible for championing the design and development of ONSITE3's innovative eView platform for document review and repository hosting. Prior to ONSITE3, Ms. Rozier served as Litigation Support Manager at a mid-size law firm, Miller & Chevalier, in Washington, D.C. Ms. Rozier also previously served as Legal Technical Administrator at Lockheed Martin Corporation in Orlando, Florida, and was responsible for coordinating large document production teams in connection with significant corporate litigation, government investigations, and subpoenas, as well as providing pre-trial and trial support to in-house and outside counsel. Ms. Rozier received a B.A. in marketing from the University of South Carolina, and an A.S. degree in Communications and Media Arts.
Jeff C. Fehrman
Vice President, Electronic Evidence Solutions, a division of ONSITE3
Jeffery Fehrman is the Vice President of Electronic Evidence Solutions, a division of ONSITE3 that provides computer forensics, data recovery, e-discovery, and tape discovery services. With more than 11 years in the electronic evidence and information technology fields, Mr. Fehrman specializes in providing consulting and investigative services to law firms, corporations, and government clients. Fehrman is a subject matter expert on electronic evidence and frequently speaks on innovations and obstacles facing corporations and law firms today. Previously, Fehrman served as President of Electronic Evidence Labs and Director of Information Technology at ONSITE3. Prior to ONSITE3, Fehrman served as Sr. Systems Engineer with the Marine Corps Recruiting Command in Quantico, Virginia. Fehrman is currently a member of the Sedona Conference, Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), International Information Systems Forensic Association (IISFA) and the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP).
Daniel L. Junk
Vice President of Sales
Daniel L. Junk is the Vice President of Sales for ONSITE3 and is responsible for leading ONSITE3's national sales team and facilitating the delivery of continued sales growth results. Mr. Junk joined ONSITE3 with more than 20 years of legal, sales and consulting experience, including a proven history of delivering sales growth in the legal services market. Junk recently served as the national director of sales for an e-discovery startup recognized by Inc. Magazine as the 135th fastest growing privately held company in the nation, based on a 3-year average annual sales growth of over 700 percent. In this position, Junk guided the sales team from humble beginnings into an operation that generated revenues exceeding $30 million annually. Since 2001, Junk has also advised Fortune 500 corporations and AmLaw 200 law firms regarding a number of large e-discovery cases. Prior to entering the e-discovery arena, Junk was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he served as the managing attorney responsible for coordinating all national defense counsel in tobacco litigation throughout the United States. Junk holds dual bachelors degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Franklin University and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
Cristal Kurtz
Vice President of Human Resources
Cristal Kurtz is Vice President of Human Resources for ONSITE3. Ms. Kurtz is responsible for leading the company's collaborative efforts for national employee relations, staffing and recruitment, compensation and benefits, and payroll. Previously, Kurtz held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at ONSITE3 where she successfully drove development of updated benefits offerings, highly competitive recruitment efforts, an increased sense of team culture across all company locations, and an outstanding employee retention rate. Prior to ONSITE3, Kurtz has strong experience in corporate employee relations for a major national non-profit organization and in developing the human resources infrastructure in the pre-IPO, high-growth, hi-tech dotcom and aerospace industries of the West Coast region. Her prior accomplishments include domestic and international human resources management, corporate compensation and benefits program development, succession and retention planning, developing international and multi-site recruiting infrastructure, and building reward programs to encourage client centric behaviors. Kurtz holds an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters Degree from Southwest Texas State University as well as a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHRM).
Phil Shellhaas
Managing Partner - Atlanta
Phil Shellhaas is the Managing Partner for ONSITE3's Atlanta operations and is responsible for managing the company's southeast regional sales force and operational staff, including both traditional litigation support and the Facilities Management Division of ONSITE3. Having been with ONSITE3 for more than a decade, Mr. Shellhaas possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding all phases of electronic and paper-based discovery processes, including for support of industry leading document review platforms. Shellhaas has also served as an instructor for multiple CLE courses held in the Atlanta area, including courses on the newly adopted Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Because of his deep understanding of both litigation technologies and discovery processes, Shellhaas often assists clients with pre-sales and sales consulting, including Meet and Confers, to help them understand and define the scope of their discovery and other litigation support requirements.
