What is RSS?

The mission of the ONSITE³ Board of Directors is to provide strategic guidance to the Corporation's management, to monitor the performance and ethical behavior of the Corporation's management, and to maximize the long-term financial return to the Corporation's stockholders, while considering and appropriately balancing the interests of other stakeholders and constituencies.

Robert C. Ballou

Robert C. Ballou is the Chief Executive Officer for ONSITE³ and a member of the corporate Board of Directors. Mr. Ballou joined ONSITE³ from software leader Intuit where he led that company's Real Estate Solutions business. During his three years at Intuit, Ballou and his team successfully transitioned an enterprise software and consulting solutions business into a global market leader while also delivering substantial growth in revenue, earnings and shareholder value. Prior to Intuit, Ballou served for over 20 years with General Electric where he led numerous acquisitions and new business development initiatives for a variety of industrial equipment and financial businesses, both in the United States and internationally. Ballou holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Villanova University.

Thomas S. Roberts

Thomas Roberts is a managing partner at Summit Partners. His experience includes working at Booz Allen Hamilton and was the president of the New England Venture Capital Association. Roberts has an A.B., magna cum laude from Princeton University and a M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.

Christopher J. Dean

Christopher Dean is a general partner at Summit Partners. He brings a diverse background to the team with experience at Morgan Stanley, J.H. Whitney & Company and Sun Microsystems. Dean has a B.A., summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and a M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
